Job description
The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in executing nightly reconciliation tasks, preparing financial documentation, and overseeing front desk responsibilities. Additionally, they ensure exceptional service for guests by managing check-ins, reservations, and responding to guest inquiries during the overnight hours. Applicants should possess at least 1 year of experience in customer service or hotel night auditing. This position necessitates availability for overnight shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., including weekends and holidays.
