Job description
**Job Title: Senior Analyst**
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing and overseeing the standards related to risk adjustment coding and documentation. They will define the criteria for encounter data and clinical documentation, manage the audit defense processes, and oversee regulatory change control. Additionally, they will establish quality metrics to ensure precise coding practices throughout the organization. Applicants should hold an AAPC Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) certification and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in risk adjustment and coding policy. Expertise in SQL, Excel, and a thorough understanding of ICD-10-CM guidelines are critical for success in this position.
