The Infection Preventionist spearheads initiatives aimed at enhancing safety and quality performance to tackle trends and shortcomings in infection control practices. This role involves overseeing strategic projects grounded in Lean methodology and guaranteeing that all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Applicants should possess a degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related scientific discipline, along with 2 to 4 years of pertinent clinical or quality experience. Preferred professional qualifications include certifications like CIC, CPHQ, or Lean Six Sigma.
