**Job Title: Clinical Educator**
The Clinical Educator is responsible for being the key educational leader within Emergency Services, overseeing the coordination of orientation, competency evaluations, and nurse residency initiatives across various locations. This role champions nursing excellence by applying evidence-based practices, analyzing quality outcomes, and cultivating a culture dedicated to ongoing education. Ideal candidates should possess an Associate degree in Nursing and a minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing. Essential certifications include a valid Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, along with the capability to secure PALS, CPI, and TNCC certifications within designated timeframes.
