The Residential Advocate plays a crucial role in aiding clients’ recovery efforts, helping with everyday living activities, and maintaining a secure environment at the treatment center. They are responsible for documenting client progress, managing visiting hours, and delivering treatment services as outlined by the clinical team. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid driver’s license. Competence in computer use for documentation and communication is essential, and prior experience in chemical dependency or mental health is desirable.
