Job Summary
The Housekeeping role is essential for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment within the facility. This position involves executing daily cleaning duties for resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces while adhering strictly to safety and sanitation protocols. Additionally, the role includes accurate documentation of cleaning activities and fostering positive interactions with residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Follow established safety and sanitation practices during all cleaning activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all cleaning tasks performed.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must effectively follow both oral and written instructions.
