Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to carry out essential housekeeping duties, ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The caregiver will adhere to established safety and sanitation protocols while maintaining a friendly rapport with all individuals in the facility.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily cleaning activities within resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines meticulously during all cleaning tasks.
- Keep thorough records of cleaning operations conducted throughout the day.
- Cultivate a positive interaction atmosphere, engaging with residents, staff, and guests effectively.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational background is mandatory.
- Physical capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and to remain standing for prolonged periods.
