Job Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for executing daily cleaning duties to ensure that the living spaces, including resident rooms, restrooms, and communal areas, are kept clean and hygienic. This role is essential for maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine cleaning of resident rooms and common areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain hygiene in bathrooms and other facilities within the premises.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure safety and compliance.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervising staff.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred, although it is not a strict requirement.
