Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will focus on patient-centered care within the Transitional Care unit, ensuring a holistic approach to nursing that emphasizes the individual needs of patients and their families. Responsibilities
- Provide patient-focused care in the Transitional Care unit.
- Deliver specialized nursing services tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with patients and families.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Possess a valid California Registered Nurse License.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- Hold a current American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
