Job Summary
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces, thereby promoting a safe living environment. This position involves performing various cleaning duties while keeping track of cleaning activities and addressing any maintenance or safety issues with management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Keep precise records of cleaning tasks completed.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with infection control policies is essential.
