Job Summary
The primary function of this position is to execute daily housekeeping duties that encompass the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces. The role is essential in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment while adhering to established safety and infection prevention protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards while performing housekeeping duties.
- Keep precise records of cleaning activities undertaken each day.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or a comparable qualification is required.
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not a necessity.
- Effective at following both oral and written instructions.
