Job Summary
The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, guests, and staff. This position involves daily cleaning responsibilities and interaction with the community to ensure high standards of hygiene and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cleaning routines in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation practices at all times.
- Document and maintain accurate records of cleaning activities performed.
- Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting weights of up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Capable of following both oral and written instructions effectively.
