Job Summary
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This position involves executing daily cleaning responsibilities in resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces while adhering to established sanitation and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cleaning of resident rooms and bathrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas.
- Follow sanitation and safety guidelines during all cleaning tasks.
- Keep accurate records of cleaning activities.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is desirable, though it is not mandatory.
