Job Summary
The Housekeeper plays a critical role in ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This position involves executing daily cleaning tasks while following established sanitation and safety protocols, facilitating comfort and well-being in shared living spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
- Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations during all housekeeping activities.
- Keep detailed records of cleaning tasks conducted each day.
- Engage positively with residents, staff members, and guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous, though not mandatory.
