Job Summary
The Housekeeper role involves executing routine cleaning duties to ensure the hygiene and appearance of resident living spaces, as well as shared facilities. A key aspect of this position is to adhere to established safety and sanitation protocols while maintaining a pleasant environment for residents, visitors, and staff members.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular cleaning duties in resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines during housekeeping tasks.
- Keep precise records of cleaning activities performed throughout the day.
- Engage cordially with residents, staff, and guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background is required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is an advantage but not mandatory.
