**Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor**
The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in organizing daily housekeeping operations, evaluating staff performance, and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest service. This position also includes overseeing laundry services, managing key control systems, and stepping in as Housekeeping Manager when needed. Applicants should possess 2 to 3 years of advancing experience within the hotel industry or a similar environment, along with a high school diploma or its equivalent. The position demands physical strength to lift weights of up to 50 pounds, as well as the mental agility to navigate high-pressure situations and handle intricate information effectively.
