Job description
Oversees the housekeeping and laundry personnel to guarantee that property standards are upheld through regular inspections and effective workflow supervision. Collaborates with the front desk and maintenance teams while overseeing inventory management, supplies, and staff performance assessments. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, with a preference for individuals who have previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles. Candidates should be able to handle moderate physical tasks, such as relocating furniture and using cleaning machinery.
