Job description
The HRIS Support Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of HR data, generating reports and dashboards, and carrying out data analyses to assist in strategic decision-making. This position also entails offering daily system support, executing user acceptance testing, and driving process enhancements through automation and training initiatives. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in report generation and HR systems support. Expertise in data analysis tools like Power BI or Excel is mandatory, and familiarity with SQL is highly desirable.
