Job Summary
The Plant Manager will play a crucial role in managing the entire manufacturing process at the Houston location, which encompasses assembly, testing, and production planning. This position involves the formulation of site strategies, promoting continuous improvement efforts, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations at the Houston site.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for the facility.
- Drive initiatives focused on continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality standards within the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations is essential.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position is necessary.
- Proficiency in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is required.
- Experience with quality management systems, specifically ISO 9001, is essential.
