HR Administrative Assistant Overview:
In the role of HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the HR Site Lead and the Human Resources team by undertaking various administrative and confidential duties. This position is vital for managing HR records, facilitating employee-related processes, and assisting with the daily operations of HR to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and overall HR support functions.
HR Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily administrative assistance to the HR department and HR Site Lead.
- Organize and schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR events.
- Handle processing of HR documents, including applications, hiring paperwork, terminations, salary adjustments, and other sensitive forms.
- Maintain and audit employee files and HR databases to ensure they are accurate and comply with regulations.
- Oversee the processing of HR-related invoices and manage payment requests.
- Collect data and generate regular HR reports as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and manage tasks related to pre-employment.
- Support the planning of HR events and internal initiatives.
- Respond to common employee inquiries and guide them to the right resources.
- Perform duties in alignment with company policies, including safety and confidentiality standards.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the HR team’s needs.
HR Administrative Assistant Desired Skills:

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio).

Qualifications:
- High school diploma is a must.
- At least 2 years of recent experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in HR or a similar confidential setting.
- An associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with HR systems or Oracle is beneficial.
