Job Summary
The Insurance Sales Executive for Property and Casualty (P&C) is primarily tasked with generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients in the insurance sector. This role emphasizes driving sales, developing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue prospects to promote insurance products within the P&C sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs.
- Present customized insurance solutions to potential clients effectively.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to craft competitive policy offerings.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Participate in networking opportunities to enhance market presence and brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record in insurance sales, particularly within the Property and Casualty market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Licensing as required by state laws for insurance sales.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
