Job Summary
The HR Business Partner is instrumental in overseeing the comprehensive employee lifecycle, ensuring effective HR operations such as payroll, benefits management, and fostering positive employee relations. This role also entails maintaining the integrity of HRIS data, generating reports, and implementing process enhancements that align with the broader organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, focusing on HR operations including payroll and benefits.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
- Develop process improvements to support organizational goals.
- Engage in employee relations and resolve HR issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in human resources.
- Experience with payroll processes and HRIS administration is essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities are crucial for success in this role.
