Job description
The HR Business Partner will collaborate with leaders in production and manufacturing to enhance performance, improve team dynamics, and foster organizational growth. This role will also oversee employee relations, guide organizational change initiatives, and develop scalable human resources programs to accommodate the company’s fast-paced growth. Applicants should possess over four years of experience in an HRBP capacity within production, manufacturing, or hardware sectors. A solid foundation in employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment law is essential, coupled with a proactive approach and exceptional communication abilities.
