Job Summary
The QA Automation Lead is responsible for designing and deploying quality assurance strategies along with automation frameworks and testing standards. This role involves spearheading test automation projects and overseeing the overall test planning, execution, and defect management processes. The lead will also play a crucial role in mentoring QA engineers and working in partnership with various cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement QA strategies and automation frameworks.
- Lead test automation initiatives and manage test execution.
- Oversee defect tracking and ensure quality standards are met.
- Mentor and support QA engineers in their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA processes with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- More than 10 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
- A minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity within a QA environment.
- Strong expertise in automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
- Proficient in programming languages including TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java.
