Job Summary
The HR Director will oversee the development of the people strategy and enhance HR functions at Grit Marketing and Mira Home, coinciding with a phase of significant growth. This role is crucial in building a robust HR infrastructure to support the expanding workforce.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth trajectory.
- Establish and enhance HR infrastructure to support rapid scaling.
- Manage high-volume recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple states.
- Lead and develop the HR team to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in HR leadership, particularly in high-growth organizations.
- Extensive knowledge in scaling HR processes and systems.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting practices.
- Strong understanding of multi-state employment compliance issues.
