The HR Generalist will provide operational support for the corporate office and retail stores, managing the full associate lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. They will also handle HRIS administration, performance management, and ensure compliance with local and state employment regulations. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-unit retail or fast-paced corporate environment. Proficiency in HRIS systems, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of New York employment laws are required.
