Job description
**Job Title:** HR Generalist
The HR Generalist will execute strategies and programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and cultivating talent within the Elyria manufacturing site. Primary responsibilities encompass overseeing employee relations, administering benefits, enforcing safety protocols, and leading initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement and reducing turnover rates. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing context. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a solid grasp of employment regulations and legal compliance.
