**Senior HR Generalist**
The Senior HR Generalist will oversee all human resources activities related to the Copper World project, encompassing the execution of policies, recruitment processes, and management of employee relations. This position acts as a vital consultant to site management, ensuring adherence to regulations and successful workforce expansion. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of five years of HR experience. Demonstrated expertise in the mining, construction, or manufacturing sectors is essential, along with a solid understanding of employment regulations and proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
