Job description
**Job Title: HR Recruiter**
The HR Recruiter will oversee the complete recruitment process from beginning to end, which includes sourcing potential candidates, arranging interviews, and organizing orientations for new employees. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to determine departmental requirements and ensuring job descriptions are up to date. Ideal candidates will possess two to three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within the healthcare industry. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, like Paylocity, along with excellent computer skills, is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
