Job Summary
The HR Recruiter plays a vital role in connecting top talent with our organization. This position focuses on developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates while nurturing relationships with hiring managers to fulfill workforce needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants’ qualifications against the job specifications.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
