Job Summary
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for executing standard x-ray procedures, maintaining imaging equipment, and complying with safety protocols. This position plays a supportive role in healthcare operations by aiding in patient evaluations, conducting drug tests, and managing clinical records.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine x-ray examinations meticulously.
- Ensure imaging equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly.
- Adhere to safety regulations during all procedures.
- Assist with patient physical examinations and drug screening.
- Support clinical documentation efforts within the medical team.
Qualifications
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
- Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Active ARRT certification is required.
- A minimum of six months of experience as a medical assistant.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory.
