**Job Title: HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator**
The HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator oversees the complete employee lifecycle, which encompasses recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding activities. This role also contributes to HR compliance efforts, ensures proper maintenance of employee records, and helps organize initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations, paired with excellent organizational and communication abilities. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, and candidates must be proficient in Google Workspace.
