Job description
The HR Tech Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the setup and maintenance of Workday Benefits, which encompasses managing the yearly Open Enrollment process and coordinating with carrier systems. This role will also involve collaboration with Payroll and HR departments to address system-related issues and ensure the accuracy of operational reporting. Applicants should have over 3 years of practical Workday experience, particularly in Benefits configuration and system management. A solid understanding of the interplay between Benefits, Payroll, and HR data is essential, along with strong analytical and communication abilities.
