**Job Title: Founder – HealthTech Startup**
In this position, you will lead the development, expansion, and scaling of a HealthTech startup aimed at achieving revenues exceeding €100 million. Your key responsibilities will encompass refining the product to achieve product-market fit and establishing an effective sales and marketing engine. Ideal candidates will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be located in Europe or the Americas, and demonstrate exceptional English communication skills. A readiness to take on complete accountability for the company’s growth and an interest in undergoing an intensive personal development experience are essential.
