Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support the HR department’s objectives and enhance data integrity. This position involves analyzing HR data, maintaining system configurations, and ensuring efficient data processes to assist in strategic decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring system accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement system configurations and enhancements to improve workflow.
- Assist in training HR staff on HRIS functionality and usage.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
