The Compliance Specialist will conduct audits of move-in and recertification documentation to verify compliance with HUD, IRS, and various affordable housing program standards. This role includes the preparation of regulatory reports, management of responses to physical inspections, and delivering compliance training to team members. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, with strong knowledge in income and rent calculations. Professional certifications like COS, CPO, TCS, or HCCP are strongly preferred.
