Job description
The Order Management Analyst plays a crucial role in managing the complete order lifecycle, which encompasses monitoring shipments, handling exceptions, and ensuring inventory data is accurate. This position entails addressing service disruptions and utilizing technology to enhance operational productivity while fostering positive relationships with customers. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or account coordination, along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, with a bachelor’s degree and familiarity with supply chain concepts being advantageous.
