Job Summary
The HR Business Partner will lead and enhance human resource functions such as employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning within the organization. This role also involves serving as a consultant to leadership while overseeing the staffing processes for a variety of positions.
Responsibilities
- Drive HR initiatives including employee relations and workforce planning.
- Advise leadership on HR matters to support business objectives.
- Manage staffing processes for diverse roles throughout the facility.
- Implement performance management strategies to assess and improve employee performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional HR generalist.
- Strong investigatory skills to handle various HR issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- SPHR or PHR certification is an advantage.
