Job description
**Job Title: Primary Care Physician**
Deliver exceptional primary care services to patients in an outpatient environment, emphasizing the enhancement of health outcomes. Work in partnership with a diverse team that includes clinical performance coaches and pharmacy professionals to ensure efficient patient care delivery. Candidates are required to possess an active and unrestricted medical license or the qualifications to obtain one in the respective state. A minimum of 3 years of outpatient primary care experience is necessary, with a preference for applicants who have specialized training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
