Job Summary
The HR Generalist acts as a valuable partner in People Operations, providing support to both leadership and staff throughout various stages of the employment lifecycle. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, managing HR technology, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture employee relations effectively.
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract and select suitable candidates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Administer and optimize HR technology systems.
- Promote a positive employee experience throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in human resources.
- In-depth understanding of federal and California employment legislation.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
