In addition, they strive to enhance member relationships by engaging in discussions centered around financial wellness and identifying opportunities for cross-selling various products.

- Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain accounts to ensure member satisfaction.
- Engage in financial wellness conversations to support members.
- Promote and cross-sell relevant financial products.
- Cultivate positive relationships with members.
Qualifications
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED is essential.
- Additional educational qualifications in finance or business are advantageous.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in banking software is required.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, face-to-face work environment.
