**Job Title: Human Resources Generalist**
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for delivering comprehensive support in areas such as compliance management, employee relations, administration of leaves, and handling workers’ compensation matters. This position will also oversee HR reporting and payroll assistance while ensuring uniformity in HR operations throughout the organization. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline, along with 3–5 years of pertinent experience. It is essential to have expertise in HRIS software and a thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
