**Job Title: HVAC Technician**
The technician is responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings throughout Ohio. Duties also include equipment start-up, commissioning, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all service interventions. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with 5 to 12 years of experience in commercial HVAC, with a strong preference for those holding technical or vocational qualifications. Additionally, an EPA Section 608 Universal Certification and a valid driver’s license from Ohio are mandatory.
