The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success and client satisfaction of construction projects from inception to finish. This entails overseeing administrative duties, cost estimation, project scheduling, and liaising with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Applicants should possess 2-8 years of experience in design/build construction and demonstrate the capability to make effective decisions under pressure. A strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management software are essential.
