Job description
**Job Title: R&D Engineer**
The R&D Engineer will be responsible for guiding the qualification and integration processes of research and development modules. This role includes establishing calibration protocols and conducting comprehensive system debugging. The individual will serve as a technical resource for module owners, ensuring that all equipment adheres to performance standards. Candidates should have both theoretical and hands-on knowledge in at least one area of R&D, such as optics, electronics, motion control, or scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Exceptional problem-solving abilities, along with the capacity to manage qualification strategies and risk evaluations, are essential for this position.
