Job description
Job Summary
The Hydraulics Field Service Technician will be responsible for assessing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems and equipment at various job sites. The role requires both technical proficiency and effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on hydraulic systems in the field.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of hydraulic equipment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding hydraulic solutions.
- Document service activities, reports, and maintenance records accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hydraulic system repair and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
- Relevant certifications or training in hydraulics is a plus.
