Job Summary
The Hydraulics Field Service Technician will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems and equipment in the field. This position requires a strong understanding of hydraulic mechanics, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently to ensure equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic equipment issues on-site.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair processes and machinery status.
- Maintain detailed records of service and repair activities.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex hydraulic problems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hydraulic systems repair and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
