Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain cryogenic machinery and mixing vats.
- Uphold strict food safety and quality standards in all production processes.
- Clean and sanitize equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies of materials.
- Record production data with precision to track output and quality.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for long durations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold, humid environments.
- Availability for early morning shifts.
- Experience with operating forklifts or pallet jacks is preferred.
