Job Summary
The Senior Field Service Technician is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of industrial and manufacturing plants by performing essential field service tasks. This role involves a variety of activities that enhance equipment performance and reliability while adhering to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field service tasks including maintenance and repairs.
- Support the installation and extension of equipment at client sites.
- Collaborate with Service Technicians and Field Engineers to ensure equipment functions meet quality expectations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols in all service activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in field service roles, specifically in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with maintenance processes and quality control standards.
- Relevant certifications or hands-on training in equipment maintenance is a plus.
