Job description
The specialist will be responsible for overseeing line balancing for serialized projects and managing the implementation of technical modifications. Their role includes identifying investment needs and ensuring the successful initiation of new projects and models. Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in production planning, an understanding of lean manufacturing practices, and strong analytical skills.
