Industrial Electrician
Rittman, OH
$41/HR.
2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to become part of a prominent Food Manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install conduit, determine wire sizes, pull wiring, and set up various control equipment while aligning and installing various motors and generators to ensure proper power supply.
• Conduct maintenance and cleaning of motors, including bearing installations.
• Identify and rectify line faults or grounding issues.
• Oversee installation and repair of all electrical generation systems, including battery chargers.
• Maintain and repair all power transmission lines, which includes cable, open wire, conduit, and trolley duct, including external pole lines.
• Repair, maintain, and install substations, power centers, and control centers, including their structures and switchgear rated up to 69 kilovolts.
• Handle maintenance and repair tasks for all passenger and freight elevators.
• Maintain and repair all electronic equipment, including both tube-based and solid-state controls and vibrators.
• Regularly interpret and work from complex wiring schematics, staying updated on current electrical equipment and technologies.
• Train less experienced workers and ensure that work produced meets National Electric Code standards for accuracy.
• Maintain personal and company tools in excellent working condition, ensuring that the workspace remains organized and tidy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Able to work the 2nd shift as scheduled.
• Possession of a journeyman card or equivalent practical experience is necessary.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and diagrams.
• Skilled in a variety of troubleshooting techniques.
